How do I order tickets?

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Zelle (5% discount), PayPal or Venmo.

When will my tickets be available?

Most Hollywood Bowl tickets are available 2 weeks prior to a show. For some special event shows, tickets are not available until closer to the show date. We will advise you upon purchase when your tickets will be available. 

What if the event I bought tickets for is canceled or rescheduled?

If the event is officially canceled we will refund your ticket purchase via the same method you paid. We do our best to automatically refund you in this circumstance. If you are not refunded automatically, you must make a refund request two days before the originally scheduled event date or at the time of cancellation, whichever is later. 

If the event is officially rescheduled and the tickets you purchased are valid for the rescheduled date, they are not refundable. If you do not want your tickets for the rescheduled date, on your request, we will do our best to resell them and refund you if resold (less any fees we’ve incurred or loss in sales value).

What if I can no longer make the event?

Unless the show is canceled and not rescheduled, tickets are non-refundable. On your request, we will do our best to resell your tickets and refund you if resold (less any fees we’ve incurred or loss in sales value). 

What if I have Hollywood Bowl tickets and it’s raining? Can I get a refund?

The Hollywood Bowl is a rain or shine venue. Unless the Bowl cancels the show and makes tickets refundable, we are unable to refund your tickets. On your request, we will do our best to resell your tickets and refund you if resold (less any fees we’ve incurred or loss in sales value).
